 Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ - 2 lbs. Brussel Sprouts

  • 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoon honey

  • 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil

  • 2 teaspoons sriracha

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • ½ teaspoon szechuan pepper

  • ¼ cup roughly chopped parsley

Garnish with:

  • Crushed peanuts

  • Pine nuts

  • Lemon slices

  • Lemon zest

  • Additional Parsley

  1. Halve brussel sprouts. In a large bowl, toss brussel sprouts with olive oil. Air fry for 20 minutes at 400 degrees (tossing every 5-6 minutes). Don’t have an airfryer? Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and roast for 30-35 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.

  2. While sprouts cook, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha, minced garlic, and brown sugar in a small pot. Bring to boil over high heat then simmer on low for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

  3. Transfer cooked brussel sprouts to a bowl. Add szechuan pepper to the sauce and pour over the sprouts. Stir in roughly chopped parsley.

  4. Garnish and serve immediately.
